ABI's JournalABI Journal
ABI's flagship publication, the ABI Journal is written by ABI members for ABI members. ABI publishes this periodical 10 times a year, with combined issues for July/August and December/January. Established in 1982, each issue of the ABI Journal has articles addressing every aspect of the bankruptcy world. The "Consumer Corner" column and many feature articles address consumer bankruptcy issues. In this section of the website, ABI has gathered all ABI Journal articles on consumer bankruptcy issues from late 1997 forward. You may find articles by choosing the year and issue or by using the search function. For articles of more general interest to the consumer professional, but not per se on a specific consumer bankruptcy topic, please see the complete ABI Journal archive at ABI's main website.

The ABI Law Review, twice a year by Thomson West, is among the most respected scholarly publications in the bankruptcy community. ABI members receive it free with membership, and it has the largest circulation of any bankruptcy law review. Top students at St. John's University School of Law edit the articles under the direction of Prof. G. Ray Warner, an ABI director, former member of the ABI Executive Committee and director of the bankruptcy LL.M. program at St. John's. Every issue contains one or more articles on consumer bankruptcy issues. In this section of the website, we have gathered all such articles from 1995 forward. West Newsletters
Provided by West, this weekly newsletter addresses important bankruptcy current developments, including consumer bankruptcy topics.

Collier Case Updates
Courtesy of Collier, this ABI membership benefit offers case summaries online each week. The summaries analyze current bankruptcy cases with a helpful one sentence summary of the holding, a description of the procedural posture and an overview of the facts and reasoning. Each case summary indicates clearly whether it involves a consumer or commercial issue and which section of the Bankruptcy Code is at issue. The weekly summaries are organized by pre- and post-BAPCPA cases and then by circuit. In this section of the website, you may view the current newsletters, as well as the archive from 2001 forward.
